Our Antenatal care (ANC) unit screens High risk pregnancies through, Basic screening tests are for all ANC patients. After basic screening patients are categorized and specific protocols followed.
Our screening comprises of : • Hematological tests.
• Test for infections.
• Down's screening.
• G.T.T.
• Screening for Anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome.
• Fetal Sonography at 1st , 2nd and 3rd trimester.
Advanced procedures like Chorion villus sampling , amniocentasis, fetal blood sampling are advised to patients if required.
Immunotherapy
We have successfully treated more than 250 pregnancies by Immunotherapy and prevented alloimmune pregnancy loss. Similarly recurrent Pregnancy Induced Hypertension is averted with good antenatal care and medications.
IUGR / Oligohydramnios
In problems like IUGR and oligohydramnios fetal monitoring is done by NST and Umbilical and other fetal arterial Color Doppler studies..
Electronic fetal monitoring
All patients who are in Labour are monitored continuously with electronic fetal monitor.
Painless delivery
Patients who request painless labour ( delivery) are offered Epidural analgesia.
Well equipped OR
A well equipped Operation Room (OR) is available for emergency or planned Caesarian section (LSCS). Paeditrician is available during every delivery.
