| Course No. 1. - Infertility management and hands-on in spermwash & IUI |
Fees and duration : INR. 7000/- for one week (6 working days).
Candidates will be given knowledge about Infertility history taking, patient examination, tests advised and their interpretation and hands-on training in sperm preparation and IUI. Advise regarding setting up of IUI lab. |
| Course No. 2. -
Clinical IVF-ICSI and oocyte retrieval for IVF-ICSI |
Fees and duration : INR.10,000/- for one week (6 working days).
Candidates will be given knowledge on patient selection for IVF-ICSI, COHS protocols, Pre IVF & ICSI investigations and can observe the procedure of oocyte retrieval (pick-up).

| Course No. 3. -
In-Vitro fertilization (IVF) |
Fees and duration : INR 20,000/- for one week (6 working days).
IVF Lab. basics, sterile techniques, culture media, preparation of culture dishes for IVF (with and without oil overlay), handling of oocyte under stereo zoom microscope (hands-on) and insemination with sperms, sperm preparation for IVF, denuding eggs, pronuclear stage observation (hands-on), day 3 embryo transfers, embryo transfer techniques.

| Course No. 4. -
IVF and ICSI |
Fees and duration : INR 40,000/- for one week (6 working days).
IVF Lab. basics, sterile techniques, culture media, preparation of culture dishes for IVF and ICSI (with and without oil overlay), handling of oocyte under stereo zoom microscope and insemination with sperms, sperm preparation for IVF & ICSI, denuding eggs, pronuclear stage observation, day 3 embryo transfers, embryo transfer techniques, setting up of inverted microscope and micro manipulator system for performing ICSI, ICSI dish preparation, doing microinjection (IVF and ICSI hands-on).

Transvaginal Ultrasonography |
Fees and duration : INR 7500/- for one week (6 working days) and INR 15,000/- for 14 days.

| Course No. 6. -
Laproscopy and Hysteroscopy ( Gynecology related) |
Fees and duration : INR 15,000/- for one week (6 working days) and
INR 25,000/- for two weeks (12 working days)
Laproscopic procedures : Instrumentation, documentation, electro-cautery, ovarian drilling for PCOS patients, Ovarian cystectomy, management of Ectopic pregnancy, Hydrasalpinx, fimbriolysis, adhesiolysis, myomectomy with endo-suturing, sling for nulliparous prolapse uterus, endometriosis management and hystrectomy.
Hysteroscopic procedures : Instrumentation, documentation, cornual cannulation, septum resection, removal of intra-uterine adhesions & foreign bodies, submucous fibroid resection, endometrial ablation, TCRE (Trans Cervical Resection of Endometrium) and Uterine Thermal balloon therapy.Trainee can assist the surgeon, also have hands-on experience and practice endo-suturing on pelvi trainer. Trainee can also view Video CD's of difficult surgeries.

1) Sunday is a holiday however some Sundays we are working if cases are there.

Accomodation :
1) Non A/C and unfurnished rooms can be made available only for lady candidates for INR 250/- per night.
2) Inexpensive Hotel accommodation also available. Hotel only two buildings away from hospital. Decent and quiet accommodation at walking distance. Room rates approx.
(a) A/c rooms for INR 850/- per night. (b) Non A/C rooms for INR 450 per night.
Above mentioned rates includes accommodation only. Additional expenses incurred in the form of food, toiletries, laundry, stationery, telephone calls etc. which has to be borne by the trainees directly. |

Combined Courses :
Enroll for multiple courses and save your time and money on stay. You can opt for more than one course so that you can learn whatever you desire. All courses conducted at different times. For e.g. early mornings when we start our OT (OR) procedures candidates and learn laproscopy and hysteroscopy. Later they can attend the OPD and learn about Infertility and transvaginal ultrasonography. In-between they can learn sperm prep and IUI. In spare time they can watch endoscopy surgery videos and also practice endo suturing on Pelvi Trainer. |

Ultrasonography training is in Obstetrics and Gynecology only. (i.e. No general abdomen cases). This includes transvaginal ultrasonography.

| Endoscopy |
This training includes Laproscopy and Hysteroscopy instrumentation, basic OT setup, Electro-cautery, and other cases during 7 days of training.

Mode of payment : Please note that for all FOGSI recognized courses a bank demand draft of the amount has to be made in the name of "FOGSI" and payable at Mumbai. Candidate has to fill up the training form and hand over the demand draft to our hospital upon arrival. |

FOGSI certificate will be sent to the candidates address mentioned on the form by Registered post. Out station gynecologists can be provided with reasonable in-house accommodation with reasonable fees. Food not included.
